Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. But if for any reason you are unsatisfied with anything please contact us and we will be more than happy to make things right.
We ship using either overnight or two-day shipping options due to the perishable nature of our products. Our shipping fee is quoted to you directly from our shipping carrier. We do not make a profit from the shipping fee.
When shipping in warm summer months we use complimentary ice pack and/or insulated packaging in order to preserve freshness and prevent melting during transit. We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
During warm weather we recommend that you ship to an address where someone is available to receive your chocolate delivery. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for a melted product if you choose a non-overnight shipping method for a destination and/or the product was not received upon delivery.
We are able to ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.
Shipping is calculated from our production site in Alberta. Please note that Shipping prices are calculated by Canada post and paid directly to Canada post. We do not make money on shipping.
United States Shipping:
Due to United States shipping regulations on goods that contain alcohol we are unable to ship to the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin.
We are able to ship to the following states:
